This service is designed so you can travel on the same flight with your four-legged friend. We'll provide you with the necessary advice for making your airline reservation and also process the necessary paperwork, so you don't have to worry or stress when it's time to board your flight.

Airport Assistance

An additional service where we accompany you throughout the pre-flight process, assisting you with both the security checks required to board your pet and check-in. We know that traveling can be stressful and tense, but our goal is for you to fully relax and enjoy your long-awaited trip.

Air Cargo Transfer / Live Cargo Flights

These flights are specifically designed for pets and comply with the appropriate temperature and health regulations for air travel. Your pet travels pressurized is a service designed for pets that exceed the maximum weight limit for commercial flights, breeds considered by airlines to be potentially dangerous (PPP), and breeds with respiratory conditions (brachycephalic).

Escorted Transfer / Door-to-Door Transfer

Your pet travels accompanied by our team, who are responsible for providing the necessary care and attention, assisting your pet from the beginning of the flight, during any layover, and until the most anticipated moment of reuniting with their family. This service is designed for those already in the destination country and who, due to various circumstances or moving, were unable to bring their pet on their flight.

How do we proceed?

We search for your pet, by address, where it currently resides.
We carry out a pre-shipment veterinary check, where the required certificates are issued depending on the destination.
We process your documentation, which will give us permission to board with your pet until we reach the destination airport or home.

Antibody Test (Serological Studies)

In this service, we perform antibody tests required by certain countries, for example (Australia, New Zealand, Asia, etc.). In this study, our expert veterinarian takes your pet's blood samples, always taking all the corresponding precautions. These samples are sent to the Kansas State University International Laboratory for later analysis.
